Welcome to Darlin Stone Co. Thank you for choosing a piece of Montana-inspired, handmade jewelry. These terms explain what to expect when you shop with us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Our Handmade Pieces

Each necklace is made with natural stone and has its own colors, patterns, and character. Please review the photographs, description, dimensions, and style number before ordering. We aim to show each piece clearly, though colors may look slightly different on different screens. Natural markings and variations are part of the stone’s individual beauty.

Each listed necklace is a one-of-a-kind piece with a quantity of one. Length and extension options refer to the same necklace, not separate pieces.

Choosing Your Necklace

You may select a 16-inch, 18-inch, or 20-inch necklace length, and separately choose whether to include an extension. Longer lengths and the optional extension are included at no additional cost. Please confirm your selections before completing checkout.

Prices, Payment & Orders

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Your order total, including shipping and any applicable taxes, is displayed at checkout before payment. Payment is processed through the payment options offered on our website.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Linda as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships; changes may not be possible once it is on its way.

If an item becomes unavailable or we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the situation. If we cannot fulfill your order, payment for the unfulfilled item will be refunded. We will not substitute another piece without your agreement.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Flat-rate shipping is $6.50 per order, regardless of the number of pieces purchased. Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Any shipping estimate provided is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. If we cannot ship within the stated shipping timeframe, or within 30 days when no timeframe is stated, we will let you know and offer the choice to agree to a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact Linda so we can help you find a resolution.

Returns, Exchanges & Damage

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the arrangements explained in our Refund & Returns Policy. Please contact Linda to arrange a return or exchange. The policy also explains how to contact us if your necklace arrives damaged.

Caring for Your Necklace

Natural stone jewelry deserves gentle handling. Avoid dropping or striking your pendant, and keep it away from harsh chemicals. If you have a question about caring for your particular piece, we are happy to help.

Using Our Website

Please use this website lawfully and provide truthful information when placing an order or sending an inquiry. Darlin Stone Co.’s original photographs, writing, and branding may not be reused for commercial purposes without permission. You are welcome to share links to our website and products.

Your Rights & Changes to These Terms

Nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights that apply under law. If a concern arises, please contact us first so we have the opportunity to help.

We may update these terms as our shop grows. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order; later updates will apply to future orders.
