Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Darlin Stone Co. necklace. If it isn’t quite right for you, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Please contact Linda at linda@darlinstoneco.com to arrange your return or exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please return your necklace in its original condition; any loss in value resulting from a change in its condition may be deducted from the refund.

If Your Necklace Arrives Damaged

Each necklace is carefully packaged, and we want it to arrive safely and ready to enjoy. Although our natural stone pendants are durable, they still deserve gentle handling.

If your necklace arrives damaged, please contact Linda as soon as possible after delivery and include a few clear, close-up photos showing the damage, along with the date the photos were taken.

We’ll work with you to find a thoughtful resolution, which may include a refund or a suitable replacement. Because each stone is one of a kind, an identical replacement may not be available.
